Acceptance Of Order

Acceptance of orders is based on the condition that Buyer agrees to all of the terms and conditions contained herein, and the placing of any order by Buyer will constitute Buyer agreement to these terms and conditions. Order acceptance will be acknowledged by the issuance of an Order Confirmation. Please review the Order Confirmation and notify California Exotic Furniture immediately of any error. California Exotic Furniture reserves the right to revoke an Order Confirmation in the event a product will be unavailable for delivery in a reasonable time.

Cancellation Or Changes in Order

Orders are not cancelable after three (3) business days. After three (3) business days, any deposit made for an order is fully nonrefundable. Notice of order cancellation must be in writing to California Exotic Furniture within three (3) business days and Buyer is responsible to obtain written confirmation from California Exotic Furniture of order cancellation within three (3) business day cancellation time period.
Changes to an order must be in writing and require prior written approval from California Exotic Furniture and are subject to the ability to make requested changes. Changes will not be approved once production has commenced. Approved changes to Order will be subject, in addition to changes in the price of goods, to change, cancellation or stocking fees.

Delivery Dates

All quoted completion and delivery dates are estimates only, California Exotic Furniture shall not be liable for any delay in shipment or receipt of goods.
Force Majeure
California Exotic Furniture shall not be liable for any delays in, inability to complete, or other default in any order for any reason or cause beyond California Exotic Furniture’s reasonable control, including but not limited to (a) government action, war, riots, or civil commotion, (b) California Exotic Furniture’s inability to obtain necessary materials from its usual sources of supply, (c) shortage of labor, raw material, production or transportation facilities or other delays in transit, (d) labor difficulty (e) fire, flood or other casualty, or (f) other contingencies of manufacture or shipment. In the event of any delay in California Exotic Furniture performance due, in whole or in part, to any cause beyond California Exotic Furniture’s reasonable control, California Exotic Furniture shall have such additional time for performance as may be reasonably necessary under the circumstances.

Warranty And Claims

Indospace warranty does not cover :
The damage as a result of freight/shipping, a failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, acts of God, improper care, freeze damage, mildew, normal wear, fading and stretching of fabrics, glass breakage, glides, repairs or modifications to the product after purchase, or if the customer fails to provide reasonable and necessary care and maintenance. The defects or damage caused by Improper assembly, and negligence. The wood finishings may vary slightly from one piece to another because of the wood texture. Also slight variations in color of synthetic wicker and fabric should be acceptable. As the materials can have slight variations in colors from one lot to the other. All hand woven products might have slight variations in weave as these are hand made. No two pieces can have exact same weaving, though all our weavers follow the strict weaving procedures, there are still chances have slight variation as these are hand woven. All shipments are thoroughly checked by our professional Quality Control personnel. We believe that all orders will be 100% without any quality problems, but as per International standards the quality problems above 2% can be claimed. The buyer will service or repair the goods below 2% on their own cost.

Packing & Crating

Specialized packing or crating in excess of a Manufacturer’s standard is not included in our product pricing.

Disclaimer

It is important to understand that the beauty of solid wood may have some properties that sometimes can be misunderstood. Teak wood as any other solid wood is a natural material. One may notice checking (small cracks), teak oil secretions, and a lifting of the grain as the wood weathers outdoors. These are normal occurrences and are not covered by warranty.Teak wood also may contain mineral deposits, gum streaks,live knots, colour differences, various grain patterns, darker heart wood. It is these properties that comprise the beauty of teakwood furniture. Indospace’s warranty is for replacement of goods or cash credit as per the invoice value of the product against future orders and does not include any other costs such as freight, restocking or other charges. Indospace is not liable for any other costs which the client may incur because of consequential loss or damage, which arises in connection with Indospace manufactured products.
